Delta Care: Refers to the Delta Insurance dedicated customer login area that allows clients to gain access to their existing business, view their policies and their details, download and view their statement of account, make payments, request changes to existing policies, and  initiate renewal requests.

KYC: Know Your Customer (KYC) is the aspect of due diligence that deals with the identity verification of customers. KYC procedures involves checking personal and business details in order to exclude negative hits such as sanctions lists, watch lists and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists and to identify ownership relationships, involvement in anti-money laundering and links between companies.

Policy Cancellation and Refunds

For policy cancellation and refunds, please refer to the Policy terms and conditions stipulated in the Insurance Contract.

Refunds are only applicable in case the insurance policy is cancelled, or Your application request is refused. In that case, the refund amount is only eligible to be returned using the same original payment method used upon purchase.

Personal Data Protection

By using the Website and "Delta Care", you agree that we shall have access to all your personal data, including name, email address, phones number, home address, national ID/ residency number, payment information. We hereby confirm that such data will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law and/ or after obtaining your prior consent. Anti-Money Laundering and KYC

We represent that we have all anti-money laundering procedures in place which comply with the applicable laws in Jordan. We will undertake the necessary legal action, including notifying the relevant authorities of any suspicious activity by the Customer of which we become aware and terminating the contractual relationship with the Customer.

For the purposes of complying with the ‘know-your-customer’ (KYC) rules and regulations, we assume that all personal information provided by you (including ID number, passport number, residency permit number, address, telephone number) is true, accurate, correct and complete.
